The Maxwell New York City Hotel

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, as it was just a block away from the subway and close to uptown attractions. We were able to easily explore the city and even found a great coffee shop called Irving Farm on 50th Street. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The service from the hotel manager and the reception desk staff was top-notch. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We also loved the modern and tastefully decorated rooms, which were clean and had all the amenities we needed.

This place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to family and friends.

The location of this property is prime and perfect for those who want to be in the heart of the city. The staff was attentive and accommodating. The complementary drinks voucher is a great addition. The room was clean and spacious with nice touches like a fruit basket and bottle of wine for special occasions. The doormen were polite and helpful.

Excellent location, right in the heart of the city, close to all the major attractions and easily accessible. the lobby and bar were really nice, great ambiance and a perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring. the staff were quick to address any issues I had and were very friendly and accommodating.

The rooms were tiny and not properly cleaned. the AC was extremely loud and made it difficult to sleep.

We were in New York City for 2 days, had very enjoyable stay, the hotel was fairly clean with practical location near the subway to JFK airport. Helpful staff, cozy atmosphere, everything was perfect.

This venue had a lovely lobby. They provided lots of good choices for breakfast that was included. Compact, elegant room with comfortable beds, a spectacular view, as for instance. I could park the car nearby.

The room was elegant, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, would stay here again. Solid and chic hotel, the services where great, ideal location near to the subway. Although some of the stuff were very slow, I had a WONDERFUL stay.

This hotel is located in a convenient area, close to many of the city's main attractions. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, including Irving Farm. The rooms are modern and updated with complimentary WiFi. The breakfast served is delicious with excellent restaurant staff.

One staff member was rude and failed to understand a payment issue.

Nothing could have been better.

The staff was friendly and the location was great! We were able to walk to Times Square, Bryant Park, and little eateries nearby. the hotel had a nice bar area with comfortable couches, which was a pleasant place to relax after a day of exploring the city.

There were several disappointing aspects of our stay. the room was tiny for the cost.
